Since 2015, Pathfinder have run a series of in-camera dinners for c-suite guests. Chatham House Rules apply making it an excellent forum for discussion and debate.
Our speaker, Howard Millar, has served almost 23 years with Ryanair as part of the leadership team that transformed Ryanair, from a small loss-making regional carrier, to Europe’s largest and most profitable airline carrying in excess of 100m passengers per annum.
Howard served as Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer until he stepped down in December 2014. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Ryanair Holdings plc. and is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
On the aviation sphere, he serves on the Advisory Board of Irelandia Aviation (a Ryan family company), which own two airlines in South America; Viva Colombia and Viva Peru. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ASL Airlines, which operates 130 aircraft globally.
Outside of Aviation, Howard is Non-Executive Director of Applegreen plc., which he assisted with the IPO in June 2016 and is Chairman of BDO Ireland, an international audit and financial services group.
During the dinner, he will share his insights on the Ryanair journey, the pursuit of lower cost, and the delivery of services to over 100 million customers per annum.
