Programme Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • A third level university degree in a business, computing, science or engineering domain
  • A least 6 years total work experience in business change or project (non -operational) roles within a consulting environment
  • Experience in business process improvement, leadership development in design and delivery, program design/implementation and data visualisation
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies, experience in both traditional and agile approaches
  • Firm building experience such as methodologies, junior staff coaching, or business development support is desirable
  • A track record of other continuous career development or accreditations is desirable

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organising programs and activities in accordance with the strategic direction of our clients
  • Creating and developing long term goals, developing budgets and operating plans for the programme
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvements, and risks
  • Implementing and managing changes to ensure goals are achieved
  • Managing a team with varied responsibilities to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Management of an organisational design project, development of a detailed design deliverable
