With more than 25 years experience as a consultant, senior project manager and operations manager Rob joined Pathfinder in 2011 focussing on project and programme execution with an emphasis on managing change.
He has successfully designed, planned and led the implementation of many major projects and programmes with budgets varying in scale from £50k to £50M. Robs focus on leadership, detail, teams’ objectives and measurable outputs have meant that he has been able to excel whether building a 350,000sqft retail outlet in London or driving process and performance improvements in a 1200 seated call centre in India.
He has operated in many public and private sectors including; utilities, finance, insurance, housing, agribusiness, retail, automotive, security and construction. This broad range of experience gives Rob a unique perspective and enables him to operate in any sector and at many levels within an organisation.
During his consulting career he has worked with many major organisations including; Prudential (Capita), IAG, Tesco Bank GI, Realex Payments (part of Global Payments), Hastings Insurance, The GHA, Scottish Water, Dairygold, Glanbia, and Group 4 Securicor with the engagements varying in duration from 3 to 18 months.
Rob has an MBA from Oxford Business School, and practitioner status in Six Sigma (Black belt), Prince II and Lean Operations.
