Project Initiation and Setup
We will work closely with your management team and executives to set up the programme for future success. If the programme requires, we will remain as your Programme Assurance partner to ensure continuous success.
Programme Health Check
Conduct a full review of a Programme and clearly identify challenges that could prevent the programme objectives from being achieved. This is supported by a proposed tailored action plan. Many clients find this to be a very valuable exercise because those too close to the programme often cannot see the range of potential threats.
Programme Recovery
This is an extension to the health check. We will work closely with your management team and executives to ensure necessary action is being taken in order to drive the Programme forward. During this process we will also ensure that the Programmes tailored plan reflects the current and up-to-date position. Appropriate management processes will also be put in place to ensure success and to coach the programme team accordingly.
Programme Execution
We will become part of your management team and take full responsibility for a successful outcome.
