John has spent 15 years working for some of the world’s largest telecommunications companies including BT and Vodafone. He has been involved in the development and execution of the strategic direction of the customer experience services and delivering significant change programs in these areas.
He has developed a significant skillset in the areas of Operations and Program Management during his career. He has also developed and managed organisation wide Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs, while also delivering large scale cost reduction through process refinement and customer experience improvement and was a major part of outsourcing and off shoring activities.
He has also been responsible for using data analytics to create operations efficiency programs as part of managing 500+ FTE call centre operations. Since joining Pathfinder John has worked in the Agri and Financial services industries in delivering change programs.
John has a BSc in Business Management & Marketing as well as a diploma in Business and is a Certified NPS Associate.
Outside of work John enjoys spending time with his 2 kids. He has a keen interest in most sports, and tries to fit in some golf from time to time.
